UV-emission power 0,35 W/см3 and the efficiency ~1% were obtained. The energies of the first excited singlet state of tryptofan - 4,1 еV, тyrozin - 4,4 еV, phenylalanin - 4,7 еV molecules were established. Their electron absorption spectra were calculated. Three-photon ionization of strontium, iterbium and samarium atoms was studied as frequence function in 17000-18400 сm-1 spectral interval. Frequence output of Sm+ has 30 doubled resonances.
