Object of research is the development process of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of the energy efficiency at the enterprise, subject of study - theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of organizational-economic mechanism of management of energy efficiency in the enterprise. The aim of the research is the development of a theoretical substantiation and development of methodological and practical approaches to building an effective organizational-economic mechanism of management of energy efficiency in the enterprise. For the purpose were used in such techniques as: abstract-logical (for theoretical generalizations and conclusions), methods of economic and mathematical statistics (for processing and analysis of baseline data, identification of trends and patterns in the behavior of the studied parameters, the rationale for the probability of the obtained results), graphical method (for visual displaying results of the study). Information base for the study was based on international standards, legislative and regulatory documents of Ukraine, studies of foreign and domestic scientists and practitioners, materials of scientific-practical conferences, informational materials network Internеt. Scientificresearch refined economic category "organizational-economic mechanism"discussed concepts of organizational-economic mechanism of management of energy efficiency at the enterprise, analyzes the status and dynamics of economic energy saving projects and PPP projects in this field, the analysis of institutional support for the development of PPP developed recommendations on attraction of financial resources by issuing, offering and repayment of infrastructure bonds in the enterprise.
