A new concept of edge cutting machining of non-rigid blade parts with balancing components of cutting force was developed and investigated (investigations for lathe work were conducted and the processing of flat surfaces of the parts was planned and prepared). The toolholders cartridge with soldered carbide plates for handling non-rigid workpieces were designed. Prototypes: end mill for processing of flat surfaces of non-rigid parts, the cartridge toolholder with mechanical fixing round plates made of superhard materials and apparatus for establishing missions shape elements of multiple edge tools. A new way of creating a partially regular microrelief in the processing of flat surfaces of the parts was developed. The basic principles of substitution of grinding for the blade processing treatment and also including both roughing and finishing in one operation were analyzed and developed.
