Within the framework of the project, we developed new technologies: 1. Screen printing technology of (technological instructions and schedule); 2.Tape casting technology (technological instructions and schedule); 3. Ink-jet printing technology (technological instructions and schedule). The capacitors manufactured according to the developed technologies correspond to the standard protocol X7RBME at a level of the dielectric constant of 2350 and a dielectric loss tangent below 2%. Accelerated tests in humid atmosphere at elevated temperatures showed a high degradation stability of the capacitors.Disruption measurements of layers 200 nm thick showed a stable value of 11±0.7 V.
