To assess the effect of antiviral agents on the quality of eradicated clonal lines of varieties carried out biometric and comparative studies of 190 clonal lines 17 varieties in the first and second tubers generations. Demonstrated that the high variability of clonal lines within eradicated potato varieties allows to select best lines in early studies. The best lines of potato varieties included in the collection eradicated varieties in vitro. Requested the methods of use of biologically active substances such as ribavirin and imidazo [1, 2] pyridine, 2 - (chloromethyl) -8 - methyl at the biotechnological eradication of potato varieties.
