Purpose of research: to develop a system of application of microbial agents in organic livestock production and fodder. In a comparative aspect studied efficacy of probiotic preparations BPS-44 and BPS-L for young cattle of different age groups in different conditions and type of feeding. It was established that the preparat BPS -44 promoted greater compared with control growth of live weight of calves aged 6-8 months in the summer- camp holding period - up to 23,5 %, and the preparat BPS -L was more effective in winter-stall period calves aged 2-4 months, in which the average daily compared with control increased by 22,3 %. When studying the influence of microbial starter cultures for green fodder ensiling process using the preparat BPS-L is more effective silage grass-legume mixtures of herbs and BPS -44 - silage maize green mass. The economic effect of the BPS-44 to enhance the performance of young cattle is from 29 grn / month up to 34 grn / month 1 head, and BPS -L from 33 grn / month up to 37 grn / month. When using silage ferments economic effect is 5850 grn per 1 thousand tons of silage preparation for BPS-44 and 6300 grn - for BPS-L.
