Purpose - to develop the technology application of plant growth regulators, liquid complex fertilizers and bacterial agents, justify and establish agronomic measures of sustainable actions in bioorganic agriculture. Methods of research - field and lizymetric research, mathematical statistics. Research results - for option without fertilizers polymineral fertilizer in the whole rotation, provided the growth yield 19%, 8% growth regulators, biologicals - 9 % while performance on the rotation control 1,7 t / ha room units. On mineral system fertilization efficiency polymineral fertilizer was 23 %, growth regulators - 9 %; biologics - 5%. When combined increase was 31% in productivity of crop rotation 4,9 t / ha room units. The combination of growth stimulants, liquid fertilizer for biologics reduced background vertical migration of moisture, and thus the loss of nutrients beyond the root layer of soil at 12-30 %.
