Purpose of study: Individualization of supporting immunocorrection therapy considering the features of immunoreactivity and types of autonomic regulation. Methods and equipment: clinical, morphological, radiological, hematological, immunological, biochemical, microscopes, spectrophotometer, hematology and immunoassay analyzers. Theoretical and practical results: Two new pathogenetically substantiated schemes of supporting immunocorrection therapy were developed. It was established that the type of autonomic regulation and localization of the tumor was the criteria for choosing one of the schemes of supporting therapy. According to the algorithm of supporting immunotherapy administration, the prevalence of sympathetic regulation in patients receiving irradiation of small pelvis or zones of supra-, subclavicular and axillary lymph nodes is the indication for liasten and melatonin administration, the prevalence of parasympathetic type of regulation at pelvic area irradiation is the indication for dialipon and Vitrum cardio omega-3. Novelty: The effectiveness of the supportive therapy schemes liasten, immune and psychosomatic complications of radiotherapy in patients with uterine and breast cancer was proven.
