Objective: to research influence of the modes of processing by polymeric-abrasive (PA) tools on the temperature level in a working zone; work out recommendations and set limitation in relation to those tools; to conduct experimental and virtual studies of influence of the modes of processing and parameters of PA tools on forces that arise during contact "fiber-sample", to work out methodology of theoretical calculation of forces in the sample during contact with the fiber. Methods: virtual methods - to determine force of the action of the elastic PA fibers on the surface of the sample , methods of mathematical statistics for processing of test results , methods of mathematical analysis - for the mathematical description of the process of contact "fiber - sample" and the calculation of the power of action in the work area. Results of research: performed work allows to use the methodological, theoretical and experimental data to determine rational models of processing by polimer-abrasive tools. Projected assumptions development facility - search and improvement of technological methods of processing of thin-walled and complicated-profile parts.
