At the study of evolution of substructure of deformed NiTi (48.9 at.%Ni) depending on time of annealing at 300°C, it was set, that annealing during 10 min causes appearance of nanograins with size 20-50 nm. The increase of annealings time results to the increasing of nanograins amount. It is set that over growing of grain-subgrain structure leds to the increase of the recovered martensitic deformation, accumulated at cooling through the interval of direct MT under the action of static tension.
