Aim: Identification of the factors that influence on the performance efficiency of the biofilm BAC at the enhanced removal of bioresistant aromatic matters. Methods: The study of the adsorption dynamics; microbiological and biochemical studies. The main results: Rational limits changes of factors such as follows: aeration nitrophenol solutions before BAC; the addition of phosphate; light conditions; the degree of micro- and supermikroporous adsorption volume of BAC. These factors are stipulated stable nature of the removal of toxic nitrophenol from water to 100%. This is caused of the biofilm ability of BAC to reconstruct of dominant metabolic activity and to stimulate the development of new microbiological forms. The resistant to chlorine cell culture was isolated from industrial carbon filter for water purification. This cell culture is capable to form dense and well structured and biofilm pellicula.
