It was shown that cytoplasmic membrane fractions isolated from seedling roots and epicotyls in the stationary control were differed on these patterns. It was first established a significant increase in the sterols content in the cytoplasmic membrane in the experiment: twice as much in epicotyls and almost four times in roots, that indicates the changes in membrane permeability and an activity of corresponding proteins under the influence of clinorotation. The obtained experimental data of the 1st stage create and ground the theoretical base for the 2nd stage researches of both signalling ways components and regulation of the Ca2+ ion balance in the cytoplasmic membrane of pea seedlings under simulated microgravity.
