The first section covers the interpretation of the concept of investigative and operational interaction of Tax Police of Ukraine, as well as international experience in the activity of controlling agencies of other countries and determine their effectiveness. The second section analyzes and assesses the institutional and legal interoperability investigators and operational units of the tax police of Ukraine, and also discussed the organization of the implementation of operational and investigative information (materials) at the opening of criminal proceedings as a condition for effective collaboration of investigative and operational units. The third section analyzes the general approach to determine the effectiveness of the interaction of investigators and operational units of the tax police of Ukraine, proposed a formula for calculating the efficiency of interaction.
