Two fluorescence peaks of platinum nanoparticles were found: at 395-410 nm (excitation ? = 365 nm) and at 500 nm (excitation ? = 470 nm). It was found that malignant cells more actively accumulated nanoparticles than normal cells. Nanoparticles caused more pronounced cytotoxic effect on malignant lymphocytes compared to normal cells. Created nanocomposite was less active than free chlorin e6.
