Purpose - to examine the impact of the use of the best ways of harvesting and drying tobacco leaves on the quality of raw tobacco. Research methods - agronomy, statistics, biometrics. Past studies in 2012 showed that the best way to collect the leaves of tobacco variety Burley 24 is a break in the 4th and 5th techniques yield higher commodity grades of 75 % and 80 %.
