The purpose of work is to Develop innovative technologies for growing zero erucic and low glucosinolate varieties of winter rape. Study of sowing and explore their impact on the yields. Explore the change of quality parameters of seeds of winter rape, depending on the ways of main soil tillage and plant nutrition. Research methods: field, laboratory and statistical. During the study period (2011-2013) of technologies of cultivation of winter rape celebrated the impact of a full complex of agricultural procedures aimed on seed productivity. The highest yield of winter rape is obtained for the cultivation of varieties of Cheremosh under intensive technology 4,70 t/ha, net income was 7760,0 UAH, the level of profitability 104,0%and average for the years of researches seed yield of 4.83 t/ha, net income 9407,5 UAH, the level of profitability - 132,5%. The results showed that the optimal period of sowing winter rape is 20.08. Harvest of seeds for sowing 20.08 was the biggest of all varieties . Significant influence ways of main soil cultivation on the fatty acid composition of seeds is not established, however, the replacement overall tillage subsoil led to a decrease in the content of glucosinolates in the seeds, that has a very significant impact during its use for food and feed purposes.
