The aim was to investigate the effectiveness of feeding of rapeseed meal, received from processing of seeds breeding domestic "00" varieties in feeding guineas, and false flax and mustard oilcake in feeding of the chickens. Methods of research - laboratory, technological, livestock, and statistical. Rapeseed meal remains one of the important sources of animal feed cheap protein, which the world is about 25% of high protein supplements from all oilseeds. Introduction in manufacture of the "00" varieties and cardinal increase of sown acreage in Ukraine contribute to the expansion of the prey base, which in turn requires the study of the effectiveness of the use of rapeseed feed improved quality in feeding of animals and birds. In this regard were conducted research on the effectiveness of replacing a relatively expensive soybean rapeseed meal in the diets of Guinea fowls. In the Carpathian state agricultural experimental station of the Institute of agriculture in the Carpathian region NAAS also created a variety of camelina spring Girskij with improved biochemical composition and yield of 1.8-2.2 t/ha, and mustard Sarepta variety Roksolana with improved biochemical composition and yield of 2.0-2.5 tons/ha It was therefore investigated false flax, and mustard oilcake, as highprotein feed ingredients in the broilers diet. Replacement of soybean rapeseed in the amount of 6.5% and 12.5% by weight of the diet Guinea fowl rearing period was not significantly influenced the expendable feeds, daily weight gain and feed consumption per unit increase. The cost of consumed the feed conversion ratio in the second and third experimental groups was lower, respectively 2.5 and 5.2%. Replacement of soybean rapeseed in the amount of 19.5% by weight of the diet Guinea fowl rearing period has reduced the daily weight gain in comparison with the control of 12.4% and increased the cost of forages on unit growth of 13.2%. Replacement of soybean meal false flax cake meal in the amount of 7.5% from the weight of the diet of broiler chicken rearing period was not significantly influenced the expendable feeds, daily weight gain and feed consumption per unit increase. Cost spent the feed conversion ratio in the same study group was down 2.6%. Replacement of soybean meal false flax cake in the amount of 15.0 and 22.5% by weight of the diet of these chicks reduced daily weight gain in comparison with the control, respectively 18.8 and 23.1%,and increased the cost of forages on unit increase respectively by 22.6 and 29.2%. Replacement of soybean meal mustard meal in the amount of 6,0% from weight ration of broiler chicken rearing period was not significantly influenced the expendable feeds, daily weight gain and feed consumption per unit increase. Cost spent the feed conversion ratio in the same study group was lower by 2.4%. Replacement of soybean meal mustard cake in the amount of 12.0 18.0% weight of the diet of these chicks reduced daily weight gain in comparison with the control, respectively 16.6 and 21.1%, and increased the cost of forages on unit increase respectively by 19.4 and 25.3%.
