The purpose is to develop the scientific and methodological basis of integration strategies for regional development in the conditions of European cooperation in Ukraine. Methods of the research - a calculation-constructive, analogical, cluster, heuristic, statistical observation, correlative analysis of comparison, monographic, abstract-logic, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, expert research, ascent from the abstract to the specific and vice versa, systematic-structural. Scientific novelty: it has been selected the strategic directions for solving the problems of Ukrainian innovation and investment policy management in the conditions of international cooperation; it has been studied the essence and importance of market infrastructure development in the formation and development of regional cluster initiatives; it has been examined the prerequisites for the formation of touristic clusters on the basis of tourism land use in Ternopil and Podillya regions, especially in the direction of health tourism; it has been studied how to evaluate the social impact of public health changes in the region and their subsequent impact on the innovation development strategy formation in Ternopil region; it has been developed the technique and evaluated the preparedness of cluster infrastructure elements for the regional cluster initiatives development in the Western region of Ukraine; it has been studied the influence of road transport infrastructure development on perspectives of innovative territories development in the conditions of European cooperation; it has been proposed the strategic directions for the development of regional cluster initiatives in the conditions of European cooperation; it has been developed the mechanism of scientific and educational cooperation at the regional level as part of a single innovative scientific and educational space creation; it has been developed the directions for the humanitarian and socio-economic training improvement of future specialists in the conditions of European integration processes. Practical value of the research is the formation of parameters for the high-performance production and social development aimed at the creation of preconditions for adaptation to European values within the process of euro integration. The developed theoretical and practical suggestions can be used to ensure the innovation development in the regional perspective. When implementing them into production, they will be a significant reserve for increasing its efficiency and social development of the regions.
