Is carried out to develop theoretical fundamentals of the radiation source with the ultra-low average intensity to excite the retina with the purpose of detection, identify and determine the level of neurotoxicity person. Analysis of the known methods and tools for the selection and formation of ERS ERG revealed that not found the proper application of the an integrated, systematic approach of building ERGS, their automation and intellectualization for efficient (in a short time, accurate, reliable) estimates ERG. In the project proposed conceptual revision and systematization previously operation of the results of research findings to improve the means of selection, processing, recording and visualization of ERS in order to reduce the duration and optimization procedures for the ERG and the development of expert ERGES to identify and determine the extent of the threat of the human neurotoxicity priori known and unknown nanoparticles.
