Purpose of work is development of scientific and technological bases for substitution of unhealthy (Cd) and expen-sive (Ag) components in high-strengthened casting Al-Cu alloys. It is realized due to correction of chemical com-position of alloys, and their complex MHD, thermal & forced, and reagent processing in magnetodynamic installa-tions using of electromagnetic fields' energy. Research methods are analytical estimations using computer programs; physical modelling; full-scale experiment; standard methods for determination of basic properties of alloy; differential-thermal, spectral, X-ray structure & micro-X-ray spectrum analysis; metallography. Basic equipment and apparatus: experimental magnetodynamic installation; laboratory melting furnaces; electro-magnetic stirrer of pulsing magnetic field; system for creation of the constant magnetic field; standard equipment for determination of chemical composition, researching of structure and testing. Developed scientific and technological bases for manufacturing of aluminium ligatures and high-strengthened cast-ing Al-Cu alloys using of electromagnetic fields, thermal & forced processing, and deep refining. Such alloys don't contain of unhealthy (Cd) and expensive (Ag) components and provide accordance to the standards of all basic me-chanical, technological and casting properties. Application fields of developments are machine-bulding, foundry, and metallurgy.
