Purpose - to investigate biological features of formation of adaptation reactions and realization of genetic potential of minks the Scandinavian selection. Methods - laboratory, zootechnical, statistical.The maximum indicators of reproduction had females of 2-3 years age. Research of influence of sexual activity of minks males on dynamic characteristics of sperm established existence of probable correlation communication between indicators of quantity of the covered females, fertility and a number of indicators of activity of spermatozoa (r =-0,06-0,56). Influence of this factor was highly probable (F = 2,41-6,78, Р> 0,95). The increase in fertility at 27% was observed at females which the preparation "E-selenium" was entered in calculation of 0,04 mg / 1кg live weight. Young growth by which the preparation "E-selenium" was entered in a dose of 0,04 mg/kg of live weight, gained weight better and prevailed over age-mates from control group at 180 day age on 53 g (P> 0,95).Females to whom the preparation "Katozal" of 10% in calculation of 1,0 ml / 1кg live weight had an exit of puppies. From females of this group received the 137 hads puppies that is 6% more in comparison with control. For the entire period of cultivation puppies of both research groups prevailed in weight over puppies of control group, however injections of the preparation "Katozal" of 10% in a dose of 0,5 mg/kg of live weight with its introduction on 50 and 57, and then 80 and 87th day of life appeared the most productive. Puppies grew more intensively and males on 118,4 g (P> 0,99), and females on 52,5 g (P> 0,99) prevailed age-mates from control group at 180 day age. Application of the preparations "Katozal" and "Trance — Vet" some days before carrying out general vaccination promoted the best immunization of a livestock. As additional introduction of the preparation "Katozal" promoted increase of quantity of erythrocytes and contents of hemoglobin, and also to increase in percent of albumine and a beta - globulins in peripheral blood at 60 and 90 - day age. Use of the preparation "Trance — Vet" made active reactivity of an organism of experimental animals and the quantity of leukocytes and scale - globulins at young growth of minks increased. Behind results of researches methodical recommendations about increase of indicators of productivity of minks of the Scandinavian selection in the conditions of formation of adaptation reactions are developed.
