Strain accumulation is accompanied by growth microstressing followed by stabilization at 1.6 GPa. The technology of sintering samples from the composition of tungsten- copper without hydrogen developed. A mathematical model of the process of grinding in the mill of a new type of cutting mechanism for interacting particles coated abrasive was designed. Basic laws of dispergation of metal powders was found and the optimal parametres of grinding mill in the new-type mill with controlled agglomeration process was found. Patent for improving the design of grinding chamber device for mechanical grinding powder materials is declared. Hot pressing by impact in vacuum of copper - chromium and copper- tungsten composites (in the concentration range of 30-50 wt % . refractory component ) with highest physico-mechanical characteristics than the commercial counterparts was obtained. Molybdenum and copper based composites was produced and was studied. The formation of the matrix structure realised by various ways to strengthen the matrix , namely, soluble and solid dispersion hardening was allows. Introduction of special additives in molybdenum- copper composites increases their resistance to corrosion. The materials in the form of contact switching devices and electrodes for welding, brazing were tested. Due to the positive results of these tests composites Mo - Cu can find industrial application .
