In the course of implementing research project the electrical and magnetoelectric properties of nanomaterials , such as Sr1-x-yMyCaxTiO3 ( 0 ? x < 0.1, in ? 0,1), where M denotes the magnetic ions Mn2 + or Cu2 +, synthesized by co-executors of the project from the Institute of Materials NASU. The following new results were obtained : 1. The influence of the chemical composition x , the structure of the magnetic impurity Mn2 + and Cu2 + and nano-grain size on dielectric , magnet and electromechanical properties of ceramics Sr1-xCaxTiO3 are established in a wide range of temperatures and frequencies .
