Radiation of seeds (Zea mays, Pisum sativum, Impatiens balsamina, Zinnia elegans) by the fiber laser which generates a spatial and coherent supercontinuum, at stressful impact of cadmium, nickel, zinc and fluorine compounds effectively reduced negative toxicants action of only in certain cases. The executed screening of level of stability of 49 micromycetes species allocated from natural and technogenic soils showed their various sensitivity to joint action of heavy metals compounds. The high content of heavy metals in the medium led to changes of morphological and cultural features of microscopic fungi which can be used for bioindication of the soils polluted by heavy metals.
