According to the research , the possibility refinement factor for dermal absorption of pesticides 1 - hazard class when it is used in the calculation model of risk assessment data obtained for the coefficients of pesticides and their penetration of organic solvents through the skin provides ample opportunities for quantitative risk assessment of percutaneous effects of pesticides , the most commonly used in agriculture of Ukraine . These findings were confirmed by analytical experimental studies of the effects of organic solvents on the permeability of the pesticide through the skin (for example, and diazinon dimethoate ) from model solutions in water, acetone, hexane, xylene and dimethylformamide using techniques isolated skin flap and diffusion chambers.
