Objective of research is development of design principles and algorithms of an angular parameters estimation and control orientation system for the spacecraft (SC) orbital platform type with the requirements of structural simplicity, high reliability and computing efficiency. Results of work are intended for use on small SC and the orbital platforms which have got middle class accuracy attitude control system when setting limits of the mass and side of service equipment performance and computing resources on-board computer . The method of investigation is numerical-analytical one and PC modeling. The mathematical models the orbital and angular motions of small PC, comfortable for use in modeling are composed. The angular motion parameters determination algorithms for small orbital platform with the most probable composition of the sensitive elements are elaborated. Robust attitude control and stabilization algorithms of small orbital platform are developed. Accurate and cost-effective techniques of navigation and navigation correction for small orbital platforms are formed. The routines library for solving kinematics of a rigid body is formed.
