Purpose of the study - Guidance for the pedagogical conditions of emotional and volitional culture trainees during training. The purpose of research - theoretical basis and experimentally test conditions , the implementation of which will contribute to students of emotional and volitional culture. In a study introduced a range of research methods : - Theory : study , analysis, comparison of the scientific ideas of various authors , the definition of conceptual -categorical apparatus of investigation ; - Empirical : observation , interviews , questionnaires, tests - to determine the effectiveness of sound pedagogical conditions of emotional and volitional culture cadets ; - Statistical - to quantify and qualitative analysis of the empirical data. The result of research are: a) by analyzing the psychological and educational literature clarified the nature, content and structure of emotional and volitional culture cadets ; b) the criteria , indicators and levels of emotional and volitional culture of cadets ; c) developed guidelines on the formation of emotional and volitional culture cadets during fire training .
