Object of study - the military leadership during daily activities and units of internal troops. Purpose - Based on the theoretical analysis to clarify the nature of leadership , to identify the psychological and pedagogical factors and justify the ways of forming among servicemen of internal troops. Methods . To achieve our purpose, we used a range of methods : theoretical - analysis , comparison , generalization, systematization of the information obtained and its interpretation , empirical - psychodiagnostic methods and survey methods and group assessment of personality , methods of mathematical statistics: t- Student test , angle criterion Fisher transform , correlation and regression analyzes. The report presents the results : psychological and pedagogical learning leadership skills unit commanders internal forces , the nature and content of individual leadership skills , criteria and indicators of leadership skills, general approaches to determining the structure of leadership skills unit commander ; psychodiagnostics the levels of leadership skills in the students , levels of psychological characteristics development of leadership skills unit commanders internal forces determined the structure of leadership skills unit commanders internal forces , the results of an empirical study of leadership skills for future commanders of units of internal troops. On the basis of these studies tested method of determining the criteria and indicators to measure the levels of military leadership , a program of formation of the military leadership in the educational process in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine , including: the nature, determinants of personality formation and contradictions of modern military leader, general principles of the formation of the future commanders of leadership , management skills military groups, organization of educational work and strengthening military discipline and objectives of stakeholders shaping the future commanders of leadership , management skills military groups, organization of educational work and strengthening military discipline.
