The system design is based on the new principles of information signal registration, micro-massif technologies and new analytical methods of quantitative analysis of biologically important compounds. Approbation of the prototype was conducted jointly with the Center for Microbiology and Cancer Biology, Karolinska Institute (Stockholm, Sweden) and the R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology NAS of Ukraine for the exemplified proteins and other tumor markers specific for potentially harmful viruses, and so on. In Ukraine and worldwide analogues using as information signal scattered light under surface plasmon resonance conditions are absent. A number of commercially available devices can be enhanced by using additional setup for scattered light detection as optional equipment.
