Found that the condensation film systems based on Fe and Ag followed by a stabilization heat treatment solid solutions (s.s.) of Fe atoms in the Ag layers aren't implemented by the end due to the inefficiency of diffusion processes. The relatively large value of resistivity and thus a small value of the thermal coefficient of resistance are indicate about formation of limited s.s.. The phenomenological model for TCR granular s.s., which is based on the assumption of a layer structure of the samples; testing of the model gives satisfactory agreement with experimental data.
