Description

Object of study - cross-border cooperation. Purpose - analysis of European experience on the functioning of the ECG and YEUTS, development of guidelines on the procedure for the formation and functioning of the ECG in Ukraine, development of standard forms of agreement to set up the association Euro-regional cooperation and charter (founding act) ECG based on best practices. Research methods - general and special methods, namely: a retrospective analysis, the dialectical method, a systematic approach and comparative analysis. Prepared analytical materials of summarizing the experience of European countries on the functioning of the ECG and YEUTS and identified opportunities for implementation of this mechanism in Ukraine. The results will be used executive authority in the development and addition of documents related to the development of new forms of cross-border cooperation and in the current work.
