Currently, the most common method of construction and assembly of electronic components is surface mounting on printed circuit boards. However, this method is not well adapted to the mounting of the LEDs to the PCB, resulting in lower quality lighting products, the yield and the corresponding rise in the cost of lighting products. According to the results of the optimal temperature range of soldering (35-90 degrees C above the melting temperature of solder) to ensure a good connection of parts of electronic assemblies. Taking into account that the most commonly used solder with a melting point of about 180 degrees С, and lead-free and even at 30-40 degrees C above, there is a need to minimize the thermal load on the components together with minimizing the time spent in melting ovens at the maximum temperature, or to escape heat-sensitive region from infrared radiation, or apply the soldering points. For experimental studies was selected flow table automatic and semi-automatic equipment, including installers of components, soldering, infrared oven for soldering by reflow method, ultrasonic bath for cleaning with the possibility of further increase of their number for the serial production. Defined requirements for process equipment, including the presence of information output to the external electronic networks when creating an automated control system for installation and assembly production.
