Was held systematization of the data: іdentified the features of the clinical status of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus and concomitant pathology (hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), criteria for early diagnosis were identified. Groups of patients for further in-depth examination and medical rehabilitation were assigned. The integrated examination of 80 patients with COPD in combination with hypertension was conducted. COPD is most often the primary (in 65-67%) and hypertension is formed on the background in the presence of predisposing factors. The treatment using kinesotherapy, pharmacological antiresorptive therapy, in combination with a chondroprotective effect of physical factors has reduced the severity of clinical manifestations of pain and functional parameters of the DDA.
