The purpose of this study is to improve the results of treatment of patients with repeating shoulder dislocation and high operational risk through the development of new low-invasive method of treatment. Research methods: clinical inspection of patients with the repeating shoulder dislocation that includes collecting the anamnesis and an assessment of the local status; X-ray of the shoulder joint in the standard positions; CT for the developed method of low-invasive treatment. Based on this study, we developed a new method of surgical treatment of repeating shoulder dislocation by patients with high operational risk. The advantages of this method are technical simplicity, the lack of massive blood loss, reduced volume and duration of surgery. Surgical treatment is performed under local anesthesia and with the help a computer navigation equipment we developed what allows to fix reliably the shoulder relative to the glenoid cavity of scapula.
