The aid of the work: The work is prolongation of the scientific works initiated in 2012 and is concerned with phisic-chemical and electrochemical investigation of electrode materials and electrolyte systems for lithium power sources synthesized using microwave solid-phase method. Using X-ray analysis, electronic microscopy, potentiodynamic and galvanostatic cycling the structure, morphologic and electrochemical characteristics of electrodes of layer structure, i.e. LiCoO2 and LiCoxMnyNizO2, have been determined. The crystallinity rate and dispersity of synthesized oxide materials have been shown to be dependent on the composition of initial components. Specific and kinetic characteristics of the oxide compounds have been determined depending on the cycle number and on the current density. These have been compared with such characteristics of industrial samples. Tetraalkylammoniun and lithium bis(oxalate)borates have been synthesized. Comparing has been fulfilled between lithium bis(oxalate)borate species obtained at different values of the microwave irradiation intensity, and the salt provided by the Aldrich Company. Investigation of some their properties have been performed, especially at application two-layer supercapacitors (TSC) in experimental samples. It have been shown that the salts obtained provide operation TSC in wide working voltage and cycling current diapasons.
