The article of research is theoretical, methodological and practical principles of forming of the system of strategic management in agricultural enterprises. Deep researches are conducted on materials of agricultural enterprises of different areas of Ukraine. A research purpose is forming of mechanism for providing of the effective functioning of the system of strategic man-agement of agricultural enterprises, which foresees development of competitive edges and control system by them in the cut of subsystems of strategic management and cooperation of the last, approaches, in relation to forming and realization of administrative strategies from positions of their effectiveness and possibility of adaptation to the terms of agrarian production coming from the separate features of industry and specific of the organizational formings. Methodological basis of research work depending on solvable tasks on the certain stages of research was made by sci-entific and special methods which are based on modern principles of economic and family with them sciences. Widely used dynamic and methods of analysis of the systems - at the estimation of the modern state of separate subsystems of the computer-integrated system of strategic management development of domestic agricultural enterprises; cross-correlation regressive analysis - for the exposure of intercommunication of indexes which characterize grouping presence and possibility of forming of competitive edges of strategic development of agricultural enterprises; methods of supervision, expert estimations, - for diagnostics of organizational and social psychological mechanisms of management organizations; calculation-structural, comparative, graphic - at comparison of indexes; imitation design, successive iterations, proportional dependences of indexes, - for diagnostics of consequences of realization of administrative strategy.
