The purpose - medico-demographic monitoring (1991-2011 years) is most of the radioactive contaminated territories (11 rayons) Volyn, Zhitomir, Kiev and Rovno oblasts. Methods - demographic, mathematics-statistical, graphic, program-technological, personal computers (Samtron, Toshiba). Results. The researched period (1991-2011) became critical for demographic development of the country and researched region, where since 1991 was generated and the demographic crisis proceeds. On are the radioactive contaminated territories the demographic changes amplified by carried out obligatory resettlement and independent departure of the injured of the inhabitants in clean districts. Among is most of the radioactive contaminated rayons the authentic decrease (р<0,05) birth rate is revealed in Polesskoe, Luginy and Narodichy rayons. Its authentic growth has taken place only in a countryside Zarichne and Rokitny of rayons (RG=0,095 of % and 0,14 %, accordingly). In other researched rayons of change of birth rate were doubtful. Positive in a demographic situation the universal decrease of parameters stillbirth and of infant mortality, including on radioactive contaminated territories is. On a high level (12,9-16,4 ‰) in the country is kept mortality of the population. It authentically (р<0,05) has grown in Ukraine, investigated oblasts and majority of researched rayons (behind exception Narodichy and Sarny). Its highest levels in Ivankov (24,70±2,68 ‰), Polesskoe (26,51±2,65 ‰), Luginy (19,87±2,31 ‰), Narodichy (26,30±3,3 ‰), Ovruch (19,32±2,17 ‰) rayons were. For an estimation of consequences of catastrophe the parameter, designed by us, of vitality of the population became indicative. From an index at a level of unit in 1990-1991 it in all researched territories has decreased almost twice in 2011. Now it statistically below also is worse in researched rayons of Zhitomir and Kiev oblasts. In 2000-2011 among researched territories the worse parameters general morbidity and morbidity by illnesses endocrine of system at the adult population are revealed in the Rovno oblast, it Zarichne, Rokitny and Sarny rayons and Luginy rayon of Zhitomir oblast. By the tendency to growth is characterized also morbidity of diffusive by a craw I and II-III of a degree in Rokitny rayon of the Rovno oblast. In comparison with general-oblast by levels is higher morbidity of children by illnesses of bodies of digestion, both gastritis and duodenitis was in five researched rayons of Zhitomir and Rovno oblasts, cholecystitis and cholangitis - in three, ulcer of a stomach and duodenum - in one. For preservation of health of the inhabitants is of the radioactive contaminated territories the increase of the standards of their life, radiological protection and socio economic revival of the settlements is necessary.
