Objective: Analysis and organization of individual and territory administrative information about SRU's subjects living in Olevsk, Narodychi, Dubrovytsa and Sarny raions. Results: The analysis of SRU's data received in 2013, which can be used to individualize doses to SRU' subjects living in Narodichi and Olevsk raions of Zhytomyr oblast, and Dubrovytsa and Sarny raions of Rivne oblast was fulfilled. The criteria are formulated. Validity, correctness, consistency between data fields in SRU was checked. The degree of informational filling of fields, which later will be used in dosimetry calculation is estimated. A procedure of title recovering for settlements where SRU's subjects were living in 1986-2012 in case of incomplete data is developed. A linkage of SRU's database records and CEDR's database was established.
