Objective: to improve database of WBC-measurements in 1986. Methods: mathematical, dosimetry (instrumental and calculated). Results: The analysis of WBC-measurements of incorporated cesium-137 in the human body which made in 1986 (29,776 records) was executed. There were found fields that require clarification and recovery. It has been defined group of 2305 records with the highest quality content, for which the devices' calibration coefficients were found. Estimates of minimally detected activity of WBC-measurements depending on the age of the subject of measurement and instrument type were obtained. Model that is used to calculate individual doses based on the results of WBC-measurements (adults) was established. It has been proved the expediency of adaptation of ecological dosimetric model of internal exposure in the early and middle phases of accident according to the WBC-measurements conditions in 1986.
