Results: there is determined that approximately 75% of teachers and approximately 55% of students and scientists complain of a transitory back pain. Five clinical forms of dorsalgia are distinguished, three of them manifestations correlate with stressfull lifestyle, vegetative nervous system dysfunctions and monoaminergic and cholinergic neurotransmitters metabolism disorders. Transitory dorsalgias diagnostic method based on central and peripheral vegetative nervous system activity registration is developed.Novelty: ascertainment of pathogenesis bond between clinical manifestations of definite transitory dorsalgia forms and disorder types of neurotransmitter processes in central nervous system.
