Various operating modes of solar and wind power plants was analyzed and also their impact on the operation modes of other hybrid electrical systems was analyzed. The mathematical model was developed and on the ground of its transients analysis methods of high voltages limitation and reliability boost of grids 6-10 kV ground faults relay protection was improved. The ground base research which was the basis of development is more effective ways of resistance neutral grounding of the grid. Was proposed the method of sensitivity increasing of ground faults relay protection on account of zero sequence current transformer additional secondary windings creation. This windings connects through the capacity to the voltage transformer. Was developed a multipurpose system of automatic damaged phase bypass and control of the low-voltage resistive neutral grounding, which solves the problem of high voltages limitation and sensitivity increasing of relay protection due ground faults occurs.
