The aim of this theoretical investigation of turbulent flows of dilute solutions of polymers with Inhomogeneous concentration, depending on input conditions of additives to the boundary layer. Research methods are mathematical and empirical simulation of turbulent flows with additives, numerical methods for problems of mathematical physics. Advanced own software package and the results of calculations of turbulent flow characteristics of polymer solutions with inhomogeneous concentration allows to predict the parameters of the discrete polymer source for obtaining the optimal values drag reduction.
