The goal of investigation: determination of influence of heating by pulsing electric current on appearance of superplastic effect during pressing and deformation of samples fabricated of nanocrystalline powders. The methods of research: theoretical analysis by finite element method, experimental investigations in an installation for hot pressing with heating by electric current. Theoretical and practical results: the theory and the software for analysis of densification and deformation of the powder materials with nanocrystalline structure during hot pressing with direct heating by electric current were developed on the basis of the study of deformation and consolidation mechanisms. The calculations of the processes of superplastic deformation were curried out and the samples from nanocrystalline materials were pressed or deformed under superplastic conditions. Novelty: the new knowledge about influence of properties of nanocrystalline powder materials on appearance and peculiarities of the supperplasticity effect at hot pressing with direct heating by electric current was obtained. Efficiency of implementation: the performed investigation offers possibility for production of the new bulk articles from nanocrystalline materials at holding of the starting structure and the unique properties.
