Using scanning SQUID microscope researches of spontaneous currents which occur in arrays of Josephson contacts superconductor-feromagnetik-superconductor have been executed. Effects of spin injection in tunnel contacts of ferromagnetic metal with superconducting film are experimentally investigated and the theory of nonequilibrium (by spin) conditions in electronic subsystem of such superconductor is offered. Tunnel transitions which consist of two superconducting electrodes between which there is a two-dimensional electronic gas of high mobility are designed and investigated. The theoretical analysis of two-barrier superconductor transistor's work is made. Thanks to it the new construction of such device with increased more than five times in strengthening factor in shock has been developed and created.
