The aim of project is the creation of database of modern electronic elements with increased stability to the effect of space ionizing radiation. Among the features of modern society are widespread use of Space technologies and dependence of the life on the effective operation of a variety of space systems. Thereby there is a large demand in development of novel spacecrafts that could be capable long-term operate in radiation environment of space. One of the most significant factors affecting the operation of the board radio-electronic equipment is ionizing radiation. The development of the global microelectronics occurs very rapidly. In recent years a lot of new technologies, materials and new electronic components were created. Ukraine currently produces practically no radio-electronic elements that are used to create space technique, and foreign products are mainly used. To our knowledge, there is also no database of components of modern electronic equipment that have increased stability to influence of radiation, while the problem of guaranteed radiation stability of integrated circuits is extremely important. In the period under report the analysis of modern microelectronics products produced by the most well-known companies specializing in manufacture of electronic components for space purposes, was carried out. The products of the following companies were analyzed: STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, Linear Technology, Microsemi, Xilinx, Analog devices. The sensitivity of modern electronic elements to the total radiation dose accumulated under the action of neutrons, protons, high-energy electrons, gamma rays, and sensitivity to the individual high-energy charged particles were analyzed. The modern logic integrated circuits, amplifiers for various applications, digital processors, memory, field-programmable gate array, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, MOS transistors and diodes, voltage regulators, comparators, etc. were analyzed. The creation of a database of modern electronic components with increased stability to influence of ionizing radiation was began on the base of data obtained in analysis. More than 800 electronic components were included in the database. The data obtained can be used in space instrumentation.
