The research object is the process of forming social initiativity of teenagers in children's organizations. The subject of the research is the semantically-technological provision and socio-pedagogical terms of forming social initiativity of teenagers in children's organizations. The research methods: theoretical: analyses of home and foreign pedagogical and psychological literature, official and normative documentation in accordance with the theme of the research; methods of comparative, statistical analyses; pedagogical modeling that will give an opportunity to form one's own view of the problem under research; analyses of psychological and pedagogical, philosophic literature on the issue under research; analysis of the programs of activity, study and generalization of experience of children's public organizations; empiric: questioning,, testing, interview, conversations, supervisions, pedagogical experiment, design of situations of vital functions of teenagers for verification of the efficiency of the pedagogical terms; mathematical statistics: content-analysis, generalization of experimental data in the process of comparison of the results of the diagnostic and forming stages of the research. The theoretical value is in the substantiation of theoretical principles of the process of forming social initiativity of teenagers in children's associations, comparison of the content and results of activity of children's associations of different directions in forming social initiativity, realization of social initiatives of teenagers; determination of socio-pedagogical conditions contributive to forming social initiativity of teenagers in children's associations; determination of criteria, indices and levels of social initiativity of teenagers-members of children's organizations.
