New enantioselective reagents based on available and cheap compounds of natural origin: amino acids, alkaloids, carbohydrates, were developed. The bioactivity of derivatives of nitrogen heterocycles, which are inhibitors of the xanthine oxidase and other enzymes, have been investigated. Eco-friendly composite products based on colloidal solutions of zinc, manganese and cobalt were created and their bioactivity was defined. The effect of the natural and new derivatives brassinosteroids on oxidation of linoleic and arachidonic acids by soybean lipoxygenase have been investigated in vitro.
