The purpose of this study is to develop proposals for improvement of the implementation of the state policy of employment, to ensure effective interaction of executive authorities with business entities that provide intermediation services in employment. Scientific novelty and practical results: studied theoretical and legal basis for state regulation in the sphere of employment, considered the European experience of the problems of productive employment and social standards, strategic priorities formation of productive employment, as well as functions of the institutions of Ukraine's cooperation with the EU, identified priorities of the state policy of employment taking into account international standards and specifics of the current stage of socio - economic development of the country analysis of the existing regulatory - legal framework, mechanisms for implementation of the employment policy and the effectiveness of the interaction of the executive authorities with business entities that provide intermediation services in employment; assesses the dynamics and trends of the major indicators characterizing the state of the economy and the labor market and determine the effectiveness of the use of labor; analysis of international experience state regulation of mediation services in employment, developed proposals to improve the mechanisms for the implementation of state employment policy, the existing problems of employment, determine the order of cooperation between the public employment service and business entities that provide intermediation services in employment. Industry Applications: test results may be used by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the State Employment Service and other executive authorities in the formation mechanisms of implementation of the state employment policy consistency between economic and social policies, in particular amended in Title VI of Ukraine "On employment", ensuring regulatory cooperation between the State Employment Service of Ukraine and the business entities that provide intermediation services in employment .
