The system approach for energy modernization projects selection in conditions of the multivariance, financial restrictions, energy and economic interactions of the projects are developed.The scientific and methodological recommendations for the carrying out the energy management in the heat supply: structure, tasks, creation methodology, information models, the optimization model of the repair and maintenance services are developed.The results of the investigation can be used for carrying out energy audits and elaborating of an optimized scheme of the heat supply system of cities, population centers and industrial enterprises, as well as in the preparation of feasibility studies of the detached energy saving projects.
