Purpose: to research influence of different type of errors (classic, berkson, mixed) in the doses estimation on the results of statistical epidemiological analysis, and also to set correlation between "naive" and "non-naive" risk estimations. Results: The new methods of estimation of radiation risks which take into account the presence of classical additive (new regression calibration method, Corrected Score method and SIMEX-method) and berkson multiplicative (full maximum likelihood) errors in the thyroid doses are developed. It is shown that a naive estimations significant deviate from the truth value of parameters. This bias depends on the value of error, and also from the type of the error (classical or berkson). The risk-analysis of results of radioepidemiological cohort study of 13 thousand children and adolescents that were exposed after Chornobyl accident is done taking into account errors in the thyroid doses.
